Dr. Peter Ezekwenna is currently the National Overseer for Charismatic Renewal Ministries, North America, a founding member of Charismatic Renewal Ministries (CRM) worldwide and a member of the founding General Core Group of CRM.
He has lived, studied, and worked in three continents namely Nigeria in West Africa, France in Europe, and United States of America in North America. He moved to France in 1987 where he obtained his Ph.D. in Energy Physics from National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble (INPG) France and was there until he relocated to the United States in 1994. Dr. Ezekwenna also obtained an Associate Degree in Theology and Christian Ministries from Delmarva Bible School of Theology and Christian Ministries in Salisbury, Maryland, United States.
While in France, Dr. Ezekwenna started and pastored a house-fellowship for one year during his French language program and another one for six years which became a center for Christian families from France and several West and Central African countries. In the United States, Dr. Ezekwenna combined his professional career engagement with starting a chapter of the Charismatic Renewal Ministries, North America.
Born and raised a Catholic, Dr. Ezekwenna gave his life to Christ and accepted Christ in his life in 1977 during his undergraduate days at the University of Ife, currently Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria where he heard the gospel. Married to Amaka, together they have four children: Mmaolisa, Chineme, Chiebuka and Tobe, and they all live in the United States of America.
His heart desire is to bring in as many people as possible to the knowledge of Christ and his vision is to see Christ properly formed in every believer. He is a pastor with enormous grace and a heart to serve Children of God, the servants of God and the body of Christ.
